About the Role

Groupe RCM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in the management of commercial, multi-residential, institutional, or industrial modular building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze plans, drawings, and specifications received from architects, contractors, and subcontractors;
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing the necessary procurement for project execution;
  • Distribute production plans according to production priorities;
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring installations and construction on site with supervisors;
  • Monitor production, delivery, and installation schedules closely;
  • Monitor procurement and ensure interdepartmental communication.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture or relevant field;
  • Good knowledge of reading plans;
  • Good knowledge of computer systems;
  • Familiarity with Quebec construction laws and regulations (asset);
  • Familiarity with construction manufacturing processes (asset);
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Strong organizational and responsibility skills;
  • Intermediate English skills.
