About the Role

Groupe RCM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project team members, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders;
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including proposals, reports, and meeting minutes;
  • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project deliverables are met;
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management, including invoice processing and expense tracking;
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines;
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures;

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a project management or administrative support capacity;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with project management software, such as Procore, is an asset;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
