Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Review architectural plans, construction drawings, and specifications provided by architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Assist in procuring materials required for project implementation, collaborating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordinate production schedules and effectively distribute plans to relevant parties involved in the project.
  • Monitor on-site installations and construction progress alongside superintendents, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Track production, delivery, and installation timelines meticulously, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement processes efficiently and foster clear communication between departments involved in the project.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications relevant to project management.
  • Familiarity with Quebec construction laws and regulations is an asset.
  • Understanding of construction manufacturing processes is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
