Job Description: Building Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design and implementation of mechanical systems for our modular buildings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed drawings for ventilation, plumbing, and heating systems using REVIT software.
  • Prepare piping diagrams, conduct site surveys, and participate in drawing verification processes.
  • Contribute to the conceptualization and development of mechanical solutions, including cost estimations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within modular building designs.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between our production facility and construction sites regarding mechanical aspects.

Qualifications:

  • A college diploma (DEC) in Building Mechanics or a college attestation (AEC) in Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and REVIT software (training provided for upgrades).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the National Building Code.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
