Customer Retention Strategist

Pivotree is seeking an experienced Customer Retention Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the long-term success of our clients.
About the RoleThis is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and implementing renewal strategies, and monitoring account health. You will also work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and build trust through regular communication and engagement
- Develop and implement comprehensive renewal strategies to drive business growth and retention
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or customer success environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
