Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Retention Strategist to join our team at OLG. As a key member of our Digital business unit, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen player engagement and drive product loyalty for iCasino & iLottery.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with Lab teams across the Digital business unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer retention and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of Agile Development principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve player lifetime value through enhanced product engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Lead the development and implementation of retention campaigns, messages, and promotions
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize initiatives
  • Work closely with other Product Owners to drive cross-sell of OLG's full suite of products
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, user demands, and pain points to create high-value product vision

What We Offer:

At OLG, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience in Marketing or Business Management
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in customer retention and digital marketing, with Agile Development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of industry trends, user demands, and pain points to create high-value product vision
