Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Canada Top Education Group Inc. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Training and Development: Train and develop junior staff members in accounting procedures and policies.
- Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
