Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Canada Top Education Group Inc. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Support: Provide support to our accounting team, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management and colleagues, and collaborate with external partners as needed.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
