Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Canada Top Education Group Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Financial Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
- Coordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
