  • Suggest improvements to both OEM and contracted customer.
  • Analyze problems at OEM's facility to find solutions and inform affected production plants.
  • Provide continuous feedback to customers on claim status and evolution.
  • Participate in customer meetings as required.
  • Seek continuous feedback on customer satisfaction and product/service quality.
  • Audit customer handling of our products regularly.
  • Stay trained and updated on technical and quality-related specifics and business topics.
  • Report project or initiative taken by competitors to the TRIGO Resident liaison Manager.
  • Report to the dedicated contracted partner's team or contact partner on a regular basis.
  • Participate in prototype, pre-serial builds, or line trials, launch support, and engineering changes at Customer as needed.
  • Represent the contracted partner and customer interests.
  • Coordinate repair and/or sorting activities on site with written confirmation from the contracted client.
Required Skills
  • Strong mechanical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong process and process controls knowledge.
  • Ability to identify and implement standardized work.
  • Process and product audits experience.
  • Shipping and receiving knowledge.
  • Strong leadership skills to give direction and lead teams.
  • Sequencing and automotive parts knowledge (preferred).
  • Tier 1 experience (preferred).
