Job Description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Quality Resident Liaison/Automotive Representative to join our team.

This is a part-time opening in Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec.

Key Objectives:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support, quality issue resolution, and promotion of the contracted customer's reputation.
  • Build a strong professional relationship with the customer at the plant level.
  • Be identified as the contracted customer's representative, qualified to deal with customer production issues, and maintain customer credibility through fulfilled commitments.
  • Establish an open and transparent communication line between the OEM and the contracted customer.
  • Suggest improvements to both the OEM and the contracted customer.
  • Analyze problems at the OEM's facility to find solutions and prevent claims, and inform affected production plants to take corrective actions.
  • Provide continuous feedback to the customer on the status and evolution of existing claims.
  • Participate in customer meetings as required.
  • Seek continuous feedback on customer satisfaction regarding our product and service.
  • Audit the customer's handling of our products regularly.
  • Stay trained and updated on technical and quality-related specifics and business topics through regular meetings and visits to contracted partners.
  • Be aware of and transmit to the TRIGO Resident Liaison Manager any project or initiative taken by competitors.
  • Report regularly to the dedicated contracted partner's team or contact partner.
  • Participate in prototype, pre-serial builds, or line trials, launch support, and engineering changes at the customer as needed.
  • Report to the TRIGO Country Resident Manager internally and to defined contacts externally.
  • Involve in customer requirements concerning technical changes, technical support of the customer.
  • Represent the contracted partner and the customer's interests.
  • Coordinate repair and/or sorting activities on site, requiring written confirmation from the contracted client.
Required Skills:
  • Strong mechanical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong process and process control skills.
  • Identify and implement standardized work.
  • Process and product audits experience.
  • Shipping and receiving knowledge.
  • Strong personality able to give direction and lead teams.
  • Sequencing and automotive parts knowledge (preferred).
  • Tier 1 experience (preferred).

  • Ability to deal with pressure and ambiguous situations.
  • Eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated/Self-Starter.
  • Strong integrity, used to act as company's representative.
  • Able to build a long-term win-win pattern with the client.
  • Communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to be/work on call at any time.
