The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Associate Director, Digital Data Management. As a key member of our senior leadership team, this individual will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital services that support the college's strategic objectives.

Job Description:

Operational Leadership and Vision

The Associate Director, Digital Data Management will provide operational leadership and vision to ensure the effective delivery of digital services across the college. This includes providing strategic direction, planning, and budgeting to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to support college-wide initiatives and priorities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to teams responsible for digital data management, e-commerce, and customer service delivery
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with college policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and report financial performance to senior leaders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital technology, e-commerce, and customer service delivery
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
