About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch. As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store presentation, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized service to customers, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to their inquiries.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication and active listening.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Monitor and report any incidents or suspicious activity, and take proactive measures to prevent loss and damage.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
