Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Retail Operations is a key member of our store management team, responsible for leading and developing a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. This role is a critical step in our career progression program, providing opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Implement visual merchandising and store operations standards to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with district managers and regional managers to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
