Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Retail Operations is a key member of our store management team, responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and operations. As a leader in our company, you will be responsible for training and developing a team of sales associates, managing store inventory, and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of store appearance
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with district managers and other store leaders to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
