Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listen to customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Research and troubleshoot customer problems, escalating issues as necessary
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
