Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and provide solutions to resolve their issues
  • Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
