Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
