As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Cost products and services, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, and Indigenous people.
