Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ASCENDIFY TECHNOLOGIES LTD. This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week with a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Office Operations
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Record Management
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Social Responsibility
  • Diversity and Inclusion
    • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Youth Support
    • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Indigenous Support
    • Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.

    • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week with a competitive compensation package. The work language is English.
