We are a renowned pastry company that prides itself on delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for leading our team of skilled pastry chefs in creating innovative and delicious pastries that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our expertise in pastry-making, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of pastry chefs, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to produce high-quality pastries.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all pastries meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a pastry-related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our pastry kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
