Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Support
    • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures
    • Prepare dental instruments and materials for procedures
    • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care
  • Administrative and Reception Duties
    • Manage patient records and schedules
    • Process patient payments and invoices
    • Perform reception and clerical duties
  • Supply Management
    • Order and maintain dental and office supplies
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of supplies
  • Instrument Maintenance
    • Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
    • Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of instruments
  • Patient Education
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene and dental care
    • Provide patients with information on dental procedures and treatment options
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dental setting
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
