Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills.
The salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities;
- Ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures;
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
