Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our health, education, and social services organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our strategic vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our mission and goals
  • Lead and manage senior staff to ensure effective departmental operations
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring a positive reputation and strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to create a welcoming work environment for all employees and clients
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the health, education, or social services sector
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving organizational change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
