Job Summary:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in the overall success of our organization by overseeing daily operations, optimizing clinic performance, and driving strategic initiatives.
The COO will work closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to ensure operational excellence, financial sustainability, and the highest standards of patient care.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare operations, a strong strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight and Management
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and provide support to clinic managers to achieve operational goals.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Financial Management
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage the organization's budget, ensuring operational costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
- Analyze financial performance data to assess the company's financial health and make recommendations for improvement.
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support clinic managers in developing their leadership skills and achieving their professional goals.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure all clinics maintain high standards of patient care and comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee quality assurance programs and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are followed.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Serve as a key liaison between the executive team, clinic managers, and staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Innovation and Growth
- Drive innovation in clinic operations, identifying new technologies, processes, and practices that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Lead expansion initiatives, including the opening of new clinics and the integration of new services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
