We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Patel Dental Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Authorize and establish major departments and associated senior staff positions.
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the effective management of our resources.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to promote our services and products.
    • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the effective management of our workforce.
  • Employee Development and Support
    • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Ensure that our work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
    • Manage the workload and work conditions to ensure that employees are able to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
