Nedco, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electrical Sales Representative to join our team in Chatham.

As an Electrical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Processing orders, inquiries, and quotations on a daily basis.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives as needed.
  • Making follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
  • Making outbound calls to various customers to solicit additional business.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding e-commerce.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Be computer literate.
  • AS400 experience would be an asset.
  • Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
  • Product knowledge of the electrical business is a must.
  • Team Player.
  • Experience in the electrical industry preferred.
  • Able to safely lift up to 50lbs.
