Program Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Leader to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to staff, coordinating resources, and determining workforce plans to enable the delivery of quality patient/client/resident care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including selection decisions, performance reviews, and training and development needs.
- Coordinate resources, including determining workforce plans, establishing work assignments, and monitoring activities.
- Administer, oversee, and coordinate the delivery of health services for direct patient/client/resident care.
- Facilitate solutions to work problems and issues, and provide direct patient care as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
- Advanced preparation in the designated clinical specialty area(s), three year's recent related experience in a management/leadership position, and four years recent clinical experience in designated clinical specialty area(s); or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Valid BC Driver's License.
