Job Description

In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our fulfillment operations and managing the flow of goods, information, and services within our supply chain network. You will have a holistic view of supply and demand within our fulfillment network and be responsible for creating and implementing large-scale strategic initiatives in inventory optimization, transportation cost, labor capacity management, and more.

You will take end-to-end ownership of operations with an emphasis on sales & operations plan execution, logistics optimization, network design, and analysis of operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and more.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure the smooth flow of goods or services through our supply chain network.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to influence and facilitate agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in S&OP execution.
  • Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end-to-end customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
