About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, including electrical engineers, designers, and contractors
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial and technical performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is an asset
