Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

Modern Niagara is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Vaughan. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage labour on assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Complete monthly financial forecasting reports and attend project status review meetings.
  • Review contracts for scope, productivity, quality, and costs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Participate in client and construction meetings, disseminating information to our workforce and subcontractors.
  • Manage change order pricing in Accubid database.
  • Develop and sustain productive working relationships with employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in construction management or electrical engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably in electrical projects.
  • Previous experience working in the construction industry, particularly field work, is a strong asset.
  • Ability to interpret site and building plans and specifications.
  • Experience with project or construction management software, such as Procore.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously and travel to site locations.
