Chop Steakhouse & Bar is seeking a talented individual to join our leadership team as a Culinary Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading shifts, managing budgetary goals, and contributing to a positive team morale.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following company specifications
- Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members
- Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
- Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
- Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
- Committed to continuous improvement
