We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Tubbies All Day Big Breakfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your passion for cooking and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Job Description

  • Manage Kitchen Operations: Supervise cooks, kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Innovation: Create new recipes, demonstrate new cooking techniques, and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus, ensure food meets quality standards, and prepare dishes for customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the culinary team to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in culinary arts, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
