Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the College of the Rockies. As the first point of contact for individuals and groups, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Invermere Campus Manager and other campus staff
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Exercise initiative and sound judgment in a diverse working environment
  • Perform a variety of tasks in support of the campus, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • An Office Administration Certificate with a minimum of three to four years of related work experience or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Windows applications and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A lifelong learner who continues to develop their skills to help the College meet the needs of our students and other valued clients
