About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Circle-K. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with self-checkout, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Verify Age for Restricted Products: Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate at Circle-K, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player.
