Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Rukmani Group Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing inventory.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
