Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Fas Gas Plus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register Systems: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
- Process Transactions: Handle customer payments, process returns and exchanges, and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
- Stock and Merchandise: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support Store Operations: Participate in visual merchandising, maintain store appearance, and support other sales team members as needed.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Will Train: We provide comprehensive training to ensure our sales team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their role.
Fas Gas Plus is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work in a team-oriented environment and be expected to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
Language and Work HoursWe operate in English and require our sales team members to be fluent in English. Our sales team members work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
