Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and reordering supplies as needed
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates for customers
  • Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services, and provide recommendations to meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Flexibility, organized, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced sales environment
