Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Synergy Erin Ridge Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet or concession, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
