About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Faheem and Sons Enterprise Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Work Schedules

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and the demands of our kitchen.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and Service

The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Train and Develop Staff

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing our food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our high quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our customers' expectations.

Address Customer Complaints and Concerns

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain Records and Reports

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, including stock levels, sales, and wastage.

Knowledge of Culinary Genres

The Food Service Supervisor will be required to have knowledge of our establishment's culinary genres and be able to prepare and serve food to the highest standards.

Supervise and Check Assembly of Trays and Delivery of Food Trolleys

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and checking the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that all food is served to the highest standards.

Establish Work Schedules and Supervise Staff

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing work schedules and supervising staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
