Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Faheem and Sons Enterprise Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Work Schedules
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffThe successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Train and Develop StaffThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Quality Control and AssuranceThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Customer ServiceThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Record Keeping and ReportingThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports as required.
Culinary KnowledgeThe Food Service Supervisor will be required to have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure that our food service meets the highest standards.
Assembly and Delivery of FoodThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and checking the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
Work Schedules and SupervisionThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing work schedules and supervising a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
Personal SuitabilityThe successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a client-focused approach.
