Job Summary:

The Training and Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products and services. This will involve delivering product training, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing ongoing support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product training to customers, both in-person and remotely
  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product enhancements and changes, and communicate these to customers

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent technical skills, with experience in product training and support
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
