Your Role:
As a Junior Trainer, you will be responsible for providing customer support and training to our clients. This includes handling customer calls, identifying customer needs, answering customer inquiries, and following up with customers on service issues. You will also assist customers in tailoring their accounts to suit their particular needs and provide product training to end users.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our blue-chip clients
- Assist customers in customizing their accounts to meet their needs
- Deliver product training to end users using webinar applications
- Troubleshoot and support customer issues
- Support a positive learning and development culture
- Present information to customers in an engaging and participatory manner
- Participate in team meetings
- Stay informed of relevant product changes and features
About You:
- Relevant degree or diploma and/or work experience in a customer service or product training role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion
- Ability to take complex topics and break them down for learners
- Ability to respond to changing priorities
- Professional business manner and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Goal-oriented self-starter with an appetite for continuous learning
