Financial Manager

DEE HOLDINGS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and monitoring financial control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Control: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, and monitor and control expenditures to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Systems: Monitor and maintain financial control systems, including accounting and financial reporting systems.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective financial management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
