Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at BC Assessment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing financial plans, and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial management.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent leadership and communication skills.
