Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at BC Assessment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the effective management of our resources.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
