Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at BC Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and employees.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a government or public sector organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
