Financial Manager

DEE HOLDINGS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and monitoring financial control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Control: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, and monitor and control expenditures to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
- Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure effective team performance and development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
