Kitchen Operations Manager

At Charlie Hamiltons Pub, we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen staff. You will be responsible for requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, training staff in job duties and sanitation procedures, and maintaining records of stock and sales.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
