Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient support programs and ensuring coverage for prescribed medications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enroll patients in support programs and ensure timely access to treatment
  • Liaise with patients, insurers, and healthcare professionals to manage patient cases
  • Conduct financial assessments and coordinate with pharmacies for treatment access
  • Proactively monitor patient files and process necessary documents
  • Report Adverse Events and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or insurance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software applications quickly
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
